Terms and Conditions
Complete the booking form. A 50% non refundable deposit is required within 7 days to secure the booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to departure date. Upon receipt of full payment we will fax your confirmation voucher, along with relevant information pertaining to your trip. Please ensure that you receive all this information before you leave on your holiday.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing, 4 weeks prior to departure. Money that has been paid will be refunded less your 25% non refundable deposit as per schedule below.
A cancellation received between:
35 and 42 days prior to travel a 45% cancellation fee will charged
28 and 35 days prior to travel a 60% cancellation fee will charged
14 and 28 days prior to travel a 80% cancellation fee will charged
Any cancellations received less than 14 days prior to travel a 100%

Passport and Visa
Please ensure that your papers are in order before departing as we cannot be held liable for any passengers being refused entry or re-entry into any country for any reason whatsoever.
